Account registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number.
Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the okeyplay Platform at any time. The opening of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. okeyplay employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okeyplay reserves the right to close all related accounts, forfeit all associated balances, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
Account sharing — permitting another person to access or use your Account — is prohibited. Each Account is personal to the registered holder and must not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account credentials.
Before withdrawals are permitted, Players must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, UMID card, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID). okeyplay may request additional supporting documentation at its sole discretion to satisfy its identity and anti-money laundering obligations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. okeyplay strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account and selecting a strong, unique password not used for any other online service.
You must notify okeyplay immediately via the live support channel if you know or suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. okeyplay will investigate all such reports in good faith and take appropriate remedial action, which may include Account suspension pending investigation.
okeyplay will never contact you by telephone, email, or any other channel to request your password, two-factor authentication codes, or any payment card security codes. Any communication purporting to make such a request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to okeyplay support immediately.
okeyplay accepts deposits denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following authorized payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven Pay&Go. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to each method are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account and are subject to change at okeyplay's discretion.
All funds deposited into your okeyplay Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods registered in the name of a third party are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source, subject to any applicable processing fees.
okeyplay does not accept deposits made in cash or by cheque. Deposits credited to your Account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of receipt by okeyplay's payment processor. Processing times vary by payment method and are not within okeyplay's exclusive control, though GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantaneously.
okeyplay applies industry-standard anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all deposits. Unusually large or structured deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures, which may temporarily delay the availability of deposited funds. okeyplay is required by law to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
Withdrawal requests may only be made in respect of Real Money Funds. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. Where a Player's Account Balance comprises both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, withdrawals are processed against the Real Money Funds component first.

okeyplay reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding thresholds set by its AML compliance program. In cases of suspected fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse, okeyplay reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending full investigation, with no obligation to release funds during the investigation period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without okeyplay's prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of okeyplay's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.
The okeyplay Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okeyplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical malfunction; loss of data; loss of access to your Account due to factors beyond okeyplay's reasonable control; or any reliance you place on information published on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes okeyplay's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Where okeyplay's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount of funds held in your Account Balance at the time the relevant cause of action arose.
okeyplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
okeyplay is required to retain certain records of financial transactions and player activity to comply with PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation. Such records are retained for the minimum period required by applicable law and are handled in accordance with data protection obligations.

okeyplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or operational practices. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material amendments, okeyplay will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification.
If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting okeyplay support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and the absence of any pending investigation. Bonus Funds remaining in a closed Account at the time of closure are forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and okeyplay, you should first contact our support team to attempt resolution informally. okeyplay will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to our support email address.
If a complaint cannot be resolved satisfactorily through okeyplay's internal process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR as the competent licensing and regulatory authority. Any unresolved dispute that cannot be settled through PAGCOR mediation shall be referred to the courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
